2 Rooms Available in Bethnal Green/London Fields

I’m looking to fill 2 rooms by mid-end January as my best mates are moving out to live with their partners after 3 years living here! It’s a gorgeous flat in a fab central east location.

I will be moving into the biggest room and therefore paying the highest amount of rent.

There are then 2 rooms available:

1 larger double for £1025
1 smaller double + a built in wardrobe outside the room for £795

The smaller room will most likely have availability to move in a few weeks before the 20th January if needed. Furnishings will also be available to buy for cheap.

The larger room has 4 wardrobes so plenty of space.

Bills are roughly £120 a month.

The flat is on the 2nd floor and is split over 2 floors. There are 2 bathrooms - one with a shower upstairs and one with just a toilet and sink downstairs. There is a balcony that overlooks a park which is great in the summer.

The flat has plenty of storage so if you have a lot of stuff, that can be stored no probs!

The flat is conveniently placed a 7 min walk from Bethnal Green underground station (central line) in one direction and an 7 min walk from Bethnal Green overground in the other. It’s an 8 min walk from Cambridge Heath station which perfectly links to Dalston/Stokey, 10 min walk to Broadway Market/London Fields, a 15 min walk to Shoreditch and 20 min walk to Liverpool Street. If you work in the city this flat would be a perfect walking commute!

It's really close to Victoria Park which is lovely and has a market on the weekend - also a great place to run if you like running! Also a 10 min walk from Columbia Road!

I’m 28 and work from home 2-3 days a week, so would prefer those who don’t work from home every day. Would love to live with people of similar age and where we can be friends and not just roommates! I’ve lived in London for 6 years so already have a life here and am out quite a lot but always up for a pub trip, wine on the sofa, dinner or movie :)

I’m really clean so would want to live with people who are the same and take pride in their home. This isn’t a party house, but love having people over for dinner etc.

You would be signing onto a new contract for a minimum of 1 year, unless you filled your room if you needed to leave.
