Spacious double room in beatiful house with garden

Hi, i'm a tenant searching for someone to take over my double room in Bethnal green.
Rent is 1200 monthly (with bills included and no extra fees) with five week deposit and the contract would be until october (but can then be renewed). Housemates are three male professional ages 23-30, all very tidy, respectful and friendly (no live-in tenant). The room is open to both professionals and students.
The house is between the bethal green and stepney green station, and it takes around 10-15 mins to reach either, also there is an overground station close by and the area is well served by buses. A few parks are also nearby and the whole area is very peaceful and quiet.
The house is two stories and has its own garden and shed, plus a little veranda. There are four rooms, two bathrooms (one for the toilet and one for the shower), and a large living room/kitchen with sofas, tv, dishawsher and washer/dryer. The room is spacious and comes with a double bed, a desk, a chair, bookcase, drawers and a closet.
