We have a 1-person-room available for long-term let in this 2-room flatshare! The room holds 1 double bed, a small desk, and a fairly big wardrobe, total size 3.5m x 2.6m. There's also plenty of storage space elsewhere in the flat for your use.

You'll also have access to a massive living room with open-plan kitchen, a dishwasher, washer-dryer, and a 65" TV, plus a smaller study/guest room. The build style is modern, well-lit, very clean, and warm; the building is only 10 years old. There's a large and well-stocked gym directly downstairs, or the living room is big enough to do exercises, yoga, that sort of thing.

Price for this is £888/mo all-inclusive (fibre optic internet, bills, council tax, everything). Flexible move-in date.

Location is great, we are near both Bethnal Green underground and overground stations as well as Whitechapel station, together that is the Central, Overground x2, Elizabeth, District and Hammersmith lines. Also within walking distance of Brick Lane, Spitalfields, Shoreditch, Victoria Park, London Fields, etc.

I'm the live-in landlord/flatmate. I'm pretty sociable and easy-going and looking for similar people to have a friendly flatshare with - think chill hipster cafe vibes with a bit of background music most of the time, or very occasionally gatherings or parties for special occasions.

More about me: for work I do various tech projects (no-bullshit startups) and a bit of writing. For fun I like to explore new places near and far, listen to & play music, eat & cook heavy food, do a bit of dancing, go to fancy cocktail bars and rooftops, and have interesting conversations. In previous lives I've also lived in San Francisco and Berlin, and currently have a keen interest on exploring China and Asia more.
