December-early January sublet

Hi all,
I am subletting my room between the 14th of December and the 7th of january (24 days).
The room is large, it has a small walk in closet, 2 desks and a dresser.

The flat:
One bathroom with shower/tub
One separate toilet
Big living room with sofas and table for having lunch and dinners.
Spacious kitchen with plenty of storage

I will leave there the blanket and pillows if needed.
Bills are included.

The area: Bethnal Green. Excellent connections, the central line is within a 5 minutes readh and the district and circle lines are 10 mins walk away in Stepney Green

I need someone clean, chill and respectful of common areas. No new Year's eve parties as there are 2 more people living here.
