Move in date: Between the 1st and the 12th of December

Rent: £700 bills not included. Bills usually come to between £80 and £100 a month

Room: Double room including built in wardrobe. Bed, side table and chest of draws all included. On the quite side of the street, on the second floor and gets great sunlight during the day.

We’re currently three of us, Nathalie, Alessia and Rasika, all in their mid 30’s looking for a new housemate, ideally female, and who enjoys a relaxed and chilled home. If you’re someone who appreciates a calm, easygoing home, please keep reading.

Location
We are a 2-minutes walk to Bethnal Green underground station, 10 min walk to Stepney Green underground and a 5 min walk to both Bethnal Green and Cambridge Heath overground stations. We have a number of green spaces within walking distance, plus two big supermarkets. We’re close to a lot of East London attractions: Shoreditch and Brick Lane, Victoria Park, Columbia Road Flower Market, Regents Canal. We’re on Roman Road, which is a vibrant area with lots of shops, cafes and a market.

The House
It’s a maisonette so has an upstairs and a downstairs. It was refurbished with a new kitchen and neutral decor throughout before we moved a few years ago so it still feels quite fresh. The highlight is the back and front gardens which are full of plants and space to relax in. There is a large kitchen with lots of storage space, a washing machine, a fridge freezer and space to sit and eat. We also have a separate lounge/dining room with door into the back garden. There is a bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet and sink downstairs and we have two big communal storage cupboards too.
We are council tax band C.

Who This Would Really Suit
We are looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful who wants their home to be a quiet retreat from the day-to-day. The new housemate needs to be vegetarian / vegan since we are all veggie and vegan so this is a must. We are looking for someone who likes a bit of a natter while they're making dinner or over a cup of tea/glass of wine, and are up for having shared dinners or going to the local pub quiz from time to time. We do all have our own lives so aren't necessarily hanging out together daily.
