Basics supplied if required ie duvet, pillows and one set of bedding i. e sheets and duvet cover. A Singe matress is available for visitors.
Flat is on a quiet tree lined residential street within easy walking distance to Shoreditch and Brick Lane.
Excellent transport links close to liverpool st and city, 20 mins from flat to West End (Tottenham court rd) Zone 2.

Room is at the front of the flat close to bathroom, There is a small balcony to the back of the property and Weavers fields just across the road. Victora Park is a 15 to 20 mins walk away,

I am an easy-going, fun, kind, sociable, intelligent and considerate guy. I like to think of anyone living here as a flatmate rather than a lodger. There are two sofas, and any flatmate would be able to relax in the evening put their feet up (when they want to) and watch something on TV, nextflix or amazon prime together. I love good conversation and a laugh.
I go to the theatre at least twice a month, sometimes more. (I often get reduced price tickets). My old flatmate/s occasionally joined me. He was here for four years and the previous one for three, so I am definitely easy enough to live with lol.
I like a relaxed atmosphere, with respect for each other and quality communication. Fun, laughter, conversation, respect for each other, and communal spaces. A good energy and vibe is essential if most of these are in place we will both have a sanctuary to call home.
