I’m looking for someone to sublet or take over the lease for my spacious double room in a 3-bedroom house in Bethnal Green! The house has a beautiful backyard – just about perfect for cozy bonfires in the winter and sunbathing in the summer! Ideal location for anyone commuting to Central London, Shoreditch, Canary Wharf, Hackney, or Islington.

The house is located in a quiet residential street in Bethnal Green, and is surrounded by beautiful parks!
- 2 mins walk to Meath Gardens
- 10 mins walk to Mile End Park
- 10 mins walk to Victoria Park

The house is also a 10-mins walk to Bethnal Green (Central Line) and Stepney Green (District, Hammersmith & City Lines) stations.

The house was recently refurbished. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they come fully furnished with cupboards and beds. The room also includes a mini office setup, i. e. a monitor, a desk, a table lamp, a chair, and a bunch of books! The living room includes a TV, a dining table, and several plants! The bathroom is modern and was recently redone - with all the fittings clean and new. The kitchen is well-equipped and well-stocked. Oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, and washing machine included! The garden comes with a shed and a bench. I also have a bike that you could use if need be!

A little bit about us:
I recently graduated with a Master's in Behavioural Science from LSE, and will be relocating to Amsterdam for my new job! One of my flatmates is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Administration from LSE, and the other works as an Analyst at a global law firm. More generally, we are a well-travelled group of university friends - lived in places such as Dubai, New York, Paris, Mumbai, and Madrid.

The room is available from January 1st, 2025 – May 1st, 2025 and can be viewed immediately. I am also willing to accommodate short-term sublets or long-term sublets as per your preference, with a minimum length of 1 month and a maximum length of 10 months. The price of 1200 pounds per month is inclusive of all utilities.
