I have a lovely, double ensuite room available from early January in a great location just off Columbia Road.

I moved over from Berlin, Germany not too long ago and have been living here since July, I absolutely love it!
I’m 27 and work in fashion. I go into the office 3 days per week, so ideally looking for someone who doesn’t WFH full-time. I’m looking to live with a professional who is respectful of noise, cleanliness and space. This isn’t a party house but i love to have friends over sometimes or host dinner parties occasionally. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and somewhere chilled to come home to! No couples.

Location:
5 minute walk to Columbia Road
10 minute walk to London Fields
5/10 minute walk to Bethnal Green and the tube station

The flat:

Rent:
£1200 a month
bills (including tax, water, internet etc) around £150 a month (this is at a estimated rate which we estimate will go down over summer/ warmer months)

Current flatmate:
I’ve been in the apartment since this summer and really love it! I am from Berlin, Germany and have been in London for a year now. I like to have mostly chilled nights during the week but am always out meeting friends and traveling on the weekends. I love all things music related, enjoy going to gigs whenever I can. Other than that I do Pilates & Barre in my free time, love trying out new restaurants, bars and bakeries.
