Large double room with king size bed available for short-term sublet in a quiet, comfortable flat in Bethnal Green.

Ideal for those needing to be close to the city for work. 10-15mins walk to Bethnal Green underground, 5-10min walk to Mile End underground and 15-20min walk to Cambridge Heath overground.

5mins from Victoria Park for those who enjoy their outdoor space. The flat also looks out onto a quiet park.

You will mostly have the flat to yourself. The second room is occupied by a lodger who stays only 2 nights a week (usually Mon and Tues). When the lodger is not there, I may use the room very occasionally - I will be in Ireland but may need to come back a couple days for work.

As you will mostly have the flat to yourself, I am looking for someone who will treat the place as their home, who is responsible, and who will be respectful of the neighbours.

The price is inclusive of all bills which include heating, electricity, water and broadband.
