I have a lovely, double ensuite room available from beginning of January in a great location just off Columbia Road!

I’ve been living here since the summer and absolutely love it! Im originally from Berlin, Germany, I’m 27 and work in Fashion. I go into the office 3 days a week and ideally looking for someone who works in a similar set up / doesn’t fully work from home.
Looking for a professional who is fun, easy going and respectful of cleanliness and space. While I like to keep the space clean and quiet, I don’t mind friends coming over from time to time, I love hosting dinner parties, brunches on the weekend occasionally.
No couples

Location:
5 minute walk to Columbia Road
10 minute walk to London Fields
5/10 minute walk to Bethnal Green and the tube station

Underfloor heating - keeps the flat warmer for longer!
New build with a shared patio with the residents in our building

Your room:
A lovely double room with ensuite bathroom and shower
Big enough space for a desk and office chair
Comes furnished with a double bed, cupboard and storage shelves

Rent:
£1200 a month
bills (including tax, water, internet etc) around £150 a month (this is at a estimated rate which we estimate will go down over summer/ warmer months)

Current flatmate:
I've been living here since this summer and absolutely love the apartment. I’m very easy going and chill. Always up for a chat and going to the pub together but I also value my space and time alone . I love anything music related, collect records & go to gigs as much as possible. In my free time I read a lot, do Pilates / Barre, go for nice long walks, try new bakeries, restaurants, bars, etc.
