It's a really nice flat - we've lived here for over a year and will be sad to say bye to it.

- nicely finished bathroom, with a shower and bath

- all the furniture in the pictures is included
- note the bedroom no longer has that storage under the window (it's now more open and spacious feeling)
- in the pic there's no mattress but one will come with the flat.
Transport links:
- a few minutes walk to Bethnal Green tube station (Central line)
- a few minutes to Bethnal Green overground (Weaver line)
- about 8 minutes walk to Whitechapel (Elizabeth, Hammersmith & City, District, and Windrush lines).
- also several busses into central London
I really couldn't imagine a better spot in terms of transport tbh!
It's also a short walk to Shoreditch High Street, Broadway Market, Regents Canal and Victoria Park. Hackney Central is nearby too.
Just a great location, I've loved living here and being in vibey East London.
A one min walk away is Weavers Field, which is lovely having a park right on your doorstep. Especially in summer!
Supermarkets nearby:
- big Tesco less than 5 mins walk away
- massive Sainsbury's less than 10 mins walk
- Iceland about 1 min walk away.
We're moving out end of February but there might be a little flexibility on the exact start date.
The landlord is quite reasonable and easy to deal with (eg, we negotiated permission to have a dog - the bar is very low haha but still!)
Lease details:
- Rent is £1,850 per month.
- We're hoping to leave our lease early, so you could either take over our lease or sign a new lease for 1 year.
- The current lease is up on 21st August 2025 (so the last rent payment would be 22nd July but could renew the lease - this could be agreed with the estate agents before signing anything)
Bills:
- Council tax: £124 per month (Tower Hamlets band C)
- Wifi: £41.50 per month (although you can maybe find a new provider if you want)
- Electricity: about £80 per month, although this varies (EPC energy rating is D)
