Looking for someone to sublet my spacious, furnished room in top floor Bethnal Green flat from now until February 15 when the lease ends.
Flat is large and roomy with balcony, giant couch, TV, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher and washing machine :)
Flat is on quiet residential street behind gorgeous park, 10 minutes walk from Bethnal Green station and the high street. Also 10 minutes walk to Victoria Park and 30 minutes walk to Shoreditch.
My amazing Aussie flatmate is really chill and works from home. She’s always down to grab a pint or stay in and watch a movie. We’d prefer someone 25 and over to take my room as we’re both 30.
Sublet would be until Feb 15 when our lease is up. If wanting to move in Jan 15 would charge one months rent, if wanting to move in immediately I’d add from this month equally! :)
