Hey, we’re Tess, Dirk, and Hannibal, and we're on the lookout for a new housemate to join our lovely house in Bethnal Green. We’re a scientist, architectural designer and designer all in our early thirties, and we’re looking for someone who’s easy-going, tidy, and up for hanging out. We all have our own busy social lives but we love to occasionally cook together, go the pub or just hang out and watch TV.

And of course, we are LGBT+ friendly household!

The Room:
* Cosy furnished double room
* Built-in wardrobe
* Period features and wooden floors
The Rest of the House:
* Open-plan kitchen and living area
* Range cooker (ideal if you’re into cooking!)
* Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer 👌🏻
* Roll-top bath, shower, and two toilets
Location:
* Situated on a lovely street, just next to a park and with lots of great coffee spots nearby.
* 9-minute walk to Bethnal Green Station
* 7-minute walk to Cambridge Heath Station
Details:
* Available now, though we’re flexible for the right person
* Rent: £800 - (Bills not included, usually around £125 - £140pm)
* Cleaner comes twice a month 🙏🏻
