Double room, Bethnal Green £1150 p/m all bills inc

Hey all, I’m really sad that I have to move out of this great flat in Bethnal green since I’ve found a new job! I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my contract till Sept (you can extend this beyond if you wish with the estate agent).

It is a spacious, furnished double bedroom centrally located only 10-15 mins walk from both Bethnal Green and Stepney Green Stations. I used to work in Liverpool street so walking to work took me less than 45 mins.

It’s £1150 p/m, all bills inc such as water, council tax, electricity/gas and WiFi and a clean every 2 weeks arranged by the estate agents. My flatmates and I currently pay also £30 a month on top to have a cleaner come in the other weeks so that it is cleaned every week basically, which you would need to agree to. There is a living room and kitchen, dining table as well as TV to use. We also have an outdoor annex which you can use to store things like your bike, or as a laundry space. We also have a garden - which if you live in London you know is very tough to get! Overall, this is a spacious flat.

The bathroom is shared, with the toilet located in its own space.

There are currently 2 roommates, both of which are working professionals in insurance and hospitality sector and are usually not home. Their interests are in food, dining out, walking etc. There is a third roommate who is also moving out. In total including you this is a 4 person flat.

It’s very important to stress the flat is a clean and tidy flat and not a party house - so loud messy people please do not apply! We are looking for someone who is neat, fairly low maintenance, and is not going to be really loud. Must be LGBT+ friendly.
