We are looking for a girl to join our cosy second-floor flat in Bethnal Green.
Room £635 excl bills / deposit £750
The flat has 1 bathroom and a separate WC with a large kitchen and living room area. The flat is a 4-minute walk from both Bethnal Green tube station (central line) and Cambridge Heath Station (overground).
The room itself is light and cozy and comes furnished (wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed).
As flatmates, the three of us are laid back people. Marvin (28) working in Online Marketing from Canada, Patrick (28) Irish and in animation, and Lucy (27) in the Fashion Industry. We love having a relaxed and social vibe in the house but equally enjoy doing our own thing. We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful but also enjoys the pub, gigs, the occasional night out, or watching a movie at home.
Bills are split evenly and usually come to around £70/£80 month and we rent directly from our amazing landlord, so no agency fees!
The flat is very well located - 4 minute walk from the central line at Bethnal Green which is one stop from Liverpool Street. We are a 15 minute walk from Columbia Road Flower Market and Broadway Street Market, and Victoria Park is a 5 min walk away.
