Room in great location + gym + rooftop

My friend and flatmate is moving back to our hometown Lisbon and his room is becoming available in the beginning of April.

The room has plenty of storage (under bed and wardrobes). You will have your own bathroom. There is option to change furnishing on demand but would need to speak with building management and it's usually a pretty smooth process.

There is a cleaner coming every 2 weeks. But this doesn’t mean we shouldn’t also keep things clean and tidy in-between.

The building has:
- multiple communal areas where you are free to organise gatherings / parties / dinners
- a small but good enough gym (there is a brand new gym just 1 minute walk too and others nearby )
- rooftop with all barbecue equipment you need
- a terrace lounge
- bike racks
- lockers for parcel deliveries
- concierge 24/7

The location is excellent for commuting. I often walk to work and to get to airports within the hour.

I’m a chill, clean and respectful person who enjoys spending his time learning new languages, building apps, making music and more. I would love to share with someone who has the same values as me when it comes to living together, sharing space and being respectful to each other and hopefully becoming friends and having a good connection at home.
