Hello there...
We are on the search for a new housemate after our current housemate is moving out to live with his girlfriend.
You will be living with myself and Ed - both in our 20s working in finance.
It's a large double bedroom in the heart of Bethnal Green; in between Bethnal Green station and Shoreditch High Street station. Move in date is 17th October with 7 months remaining on the tenancy agreement but we'd expect to renew anyway.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), relaxed living room with plenty of space to work from home in either the bedroom or living room and a patio out the back. We have a lovely cosy pub at the end of our street which is always nice for mid-week pints.
We're pretty social housemates, always up for a beer but equally respect each other's space and have our own things going on. We're looking for someone around the same age who is also clean and respectful.
Bills come to around £100 per month.
We're looking to have viewings over the next couple of weeks so please message if you're interested :)
