Double Room in sunny flat in heart of East London

Looking for a new flat mate to replace me in our lovely flat in Bethnal Green. The contract renews on 7th December but the room will be available from 10th Nov to move in on a pro rata basis.

The flat is very homely and comfortable, with a large living room and separate kitchen, the living room and bedroom are both south-facing and with lovely big windows so the flat is super light. It is on the fourth floor and has lovely views of the London Skyline.

The location is incredible, surrounded by loads of fun pubs, bars, restaurants, museums, 13 minute walk to Victoria Park, Broadway Market, the canal etc.

3 min walk to Bethnal Green (central line)
5 min walk to Cambridge Heath (overground)
Bus Stops right outside

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (not visible in the picture!). The room does not have a desk in, but we have a table in the living room which some of us sometimes work from. The room is small - hence why its such a good price - but it is actually bigger than it looks - feel free to come have a viewing and check it out!

The other housemates are super friendly, easy-going, sociable but also have their own things going on, and would love someone similar to come join our flat :)

Bills are pretty cheap as split between 5 - usually around £60-£70.

N. B this flat is up 4 flights of stairs with no lift so is only suitable for people who are able to climb stairs.
