Hello, I am a current tenant in this lovely 3 bed, 1 bath Bethnal Green flat who is (unfortunately) leaving London in early April. I am looking for someone to take over or sublet for the remainder of my lease, which lasts until 31 August, 2025.
The flat is a 5-10 minute walk to Bethnal Green, 10-15 minute walk to Stepney Green, with plenty of bus and overground options nearby. Victoria Park and Regents Canal are both a 10 minute walk away. There are also lots of shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, cafes, gyms, etc. to choose from in the neighbourhood. You can truly enjoy everything East London has to offer!
There is a spacious living room and a kitchen with a full fridge, washing machine, oven, and gas hob. The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. Window faces SW and receives lots of sunlight when the weather permits. Wood flooring throughout. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of an estate with elevator access.
You will live with 2 other tenants who are both kind, clean, and considerate. We are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, and responsible as chores are split and appliances are shared. We hope you can bring a good mix of enjoying each other’s company in the flat while respecting each other’s personal space/friendships outside the flat.
Bills are not included (gas, electric, water, Wifi) but amount to <£100 per month. The security deposit is £1192.31 (evenly split across all tenants rather than by room size), and will be transferred over to you. Subletters can also be considered, but will need to meet with current flatmates before moving forward. The flat is in Council Tax Band C.
