We have two beautiful, south-facing double bedrooms available in our three-storey, four-bedroom home in Bethnal Green, right on the edge of Victoria Park.

THE HOUSEMATES:
You’ll be sharing with two other professionals (1 x male, 1 x female), both in their mid 30’s. Whilst everyone has busy work schedules we regularly make time to eat and drink together, watch movies, cook a sunday roast, spend time in the garden and head to the pub every now and then. All in all, the house has a nice balance of being social and private.

Everyone in the house is super friendly and easy-going, so we’re looking for someone to fit in with the house vibes and join our lovely Bethnal Green home!

THE HOUSE AND GARDEN:
A beautiful Victorian-era semi-detached house on a residential street less than 2 minutes from Victoria Park. The house is very spacious, with a large living room/ dining area, kitchen, bathroom and shower room, and storage space.

The house has a beautiful, south-facing garden with plenty of privacy. We love spending as much time as possible here, especially during the summer months.

Both bedrooms are really bright and spacious, with south facing aspects and high ceilings. Both come with double beds (&mattresses), wardrobes, and bookshelves. The rooms are located to the rear of the house away from the road so are very quiet/ private.

THE LOCATION:
The house is in a fantastic location! With Victoria Park right on our doorstep, there are loads of great pubs and restaurants nearby, as well as excellent transport links.

- 6 minute walk from Bethnal Green Central Line

- 8 minute walk from Cambridge Heath Overground

- Tesco, Co-Op, Lidl and Sainsbury’s are all within walking distance

DATES AND COST:
Rent is £887.50 per room pcm (bills not included).

Bills are approx £135 pcm.

Move in date is for the 1st of May (start date of new the new tenancy), however it may be possible to arrange a move in date a couple weeks earlier. Whilst the lease is for 12 months, the landlord has always been flexible with people moving out, so long as someone can be found to take the room.
