Spacious Double Room with En-suite

We’re situated down a quaint alley that runs parallel to Bethnal Green Road, right next to Weavers Field park. Several shops close by, including a decently sized Tesco for all your grocery needs.

The house is split across 4 floors so prepare to get your steps in! We all share the following areas:

- living room (ground)
- kitchen / dining room (basement)
- downstairs WC (basement)

Only myself and Josh share the bathroom on the first floor (as you’d have your own en-suite)

The room available is located on the 1st floor, with south facing windows towards the quiet Alley.

Bills are set up by us, this cost no more than about £150 pcm (we use splitwise to track as rates vary depending on usage)

We have pre-agreed a renewal with our agent, length of the contract is yet to be determined by 6 or 12 months. A new tenancy agreement between the three of us would be commencing 16th June 2025.

A bit about your new housemates….

I’m Amelia, a 26 yo female

I’m from Brentwood in Essex, working as a Senior Lettings Negotiator based in the City. I’m in the office 5 days a week and frequently away on weekends, so you may not see me all that often - I’ve recently started getting into the gym & playing netball. I love spending time with my mates & going to the odd rave here and there. I tend to do meal prep & clothes washing for the week on a Sunday, so don’t use the kitchen much midweek except for quick dinners when I get home around 6:30/7pm

Josh, 30yo Male

I'm a born and raised Londoner completing a degree in dietetics and out of the house most days, also pretty chill, fairly social, love music and football (and pretty much all sports in general) were both considerate and like to keep the place clean and tidy.
