Small Double Room by Bethnal Green Tube

SMALL DOUBLE ROOM

We are looking for a new flat mate to join us from 18th November (potentially a little earlier if needed) as our flat mate of 3 1/2 years is moving out!

We are super close to Bethnal Green tube station, but set back from the road so it’s not noisy. It’s in a nice little community square so lots of kids are around.
It’s a 10ish minute walk to Victoria Park - which is so lovely in the summer and all year round.
We are 15 minutes from Broadway Market.
We are 20/25minutes from Columbia flower market - so expect fresh flowers in the flat every week :)

There is also a bus stop right by the tube - goes to Liverpool Street / Shoreditch or Whitechapel / Bow or Cambridge Heath.

There are a few gyms in the area.

We both work in the creative industries - and work from home a couple of days a week.

Maddie - in the music industry, always down for a gig, and will never stop watching Eastenders

Priya - in marketing/film, a big foodie and makes a great roast, always in gym wear

We are looking for someone easy going, who’s clean but loves having morning chit chat, loves a pub night and is just mindful of each other.

Non-smokers
Bills - not included. Roughly £90-130 depending on time of the year. (Council tax, water, electricity, gas, WiFi)
Small Double Room - cupboard in room, and hallway cupboard.

Kitchen is a reasonable size.
Living room - no storage cupboards in here. Just open shelves.
