Rent is £850pm plus bills (approx. £110 for everything).

The flat is a short walk from Shoreditch, Hackney and has nearby central line and overground.

There is a large lounge and balcony where we like to hangout when we are home.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, desk chair, chest of draws and a wardrobe. It also comes with floating shelves which are great for additional storage.

The other flatmates are Kresh, Ash and Ed. The house is very chill and everyone gets on well. We play football together and go to a local pub quiz pretty regularly.
