The flat is a 3-bed maisonette, and you’d be living with 3 queer people aged 25-26 in the creative and charity industries, 2 of whom are in a relationship and share a room.
We’re 10 mins from Bethnal Green station (central), 15 mins from Stepney Green (district and hammersmith&city), 15 mins from Cambridge Heath station (weaver) and a few mins from Victoria Park! The flat is on a quiet estate but there’s plenty of shops just down the road.
The room is £917.50 at present and may be increasing roughly £50 from september (tbc, we’re pushing back!). Bills are about £80 a month (including council tax, Band C). Bills remain similar through winter - it’s a well insulated building. Deposit is £793. The letting agency's referencing process requires proof of ID + proof of income/reference from employer.
The flat is on the second(+third) floor, up two flights of stairs and without a lift. The bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor of the flat, up one flight of stairs.
We have 9-5s and independent lives, but like to have fun together too - whether that’s going to the pub, the club or having the occasional party. We also love to have a dinner party or movie night. We keep the flat clean & tidy and the new tenant should be happy to take part in shared cleaning, as well as to give love to our Kita 🐈⬛
