Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely room in a 2-bed flat in a secure gated community right in the heart of Bethnal Green.

The room is super cosy and bright, with a big window that lets in loads of natural light. It comes furnished with a comfy double bed, bedside tables, and plenty of storage. There’s also space to set up a desk if you work from home (which this flat is great for).

You’d be sharing with just one flatmate – a super chill and friendly woman in her mid-20s who works as an architect. She’s in the office full-time during the week, so you’ll mostly have the place to yourself during the day. It’s a really calm and peaceful vibe.

The flat has wooden floors, a cute (and huge) shared living space, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s in an amazing location – just a short walk from Bethnal Green station, close to parks, cafés, and markets.

Rent: £1,250/month
Bills: £130/month (covers everything – WiFi, energy, council tax, etc.)
Move-in date: 17th July 2025
Deposit: £1400
