We have a double room available in a recently refurbished property in Bethnal Green. Our current housemate is looking to move out to live with his partner.

Transport
The area has excellent transport links
Bethnal Green Underground 8 mins walk.
Overground to Liverpool street 5 min walk.
You can be in the city with 15mins-25mins.

Shops
Within 5-6 mins there are a host of independent shops, great cafés, restaurants, and a park right outside.

Big Sainsbury's is 10mins and a Larage
Tesco Express is 6 mins away.
Pure gym is 10 mins.
Bakery 2 mins

Green Space
Within 2 mins you have Weavers field for green space
Within 12 mins walk you have Beautiful walks along the canal, as well as, lovely Haggerston park with easy access Colombia flower market, Victoria Park, Broadway Market, Shoreditch, Brick Lane, and Hackney.

The Room:
We feel the Double room, is best suited for a single person, it has lovely wardrobe, with room for additional storage. We will update the photos soon so you can see there is room for a small desk.

A Bit About Us

We’re James and Nele, a friendly couple in our early 30s, a British, Estonian mix.

We’re social but also very independent, and we want our flatmate to feel completely at home.

James works in Marketing and loves photography, running, outdoor adventures, and travel.

Nele works in building management, with a creative streak as a makeup artist. She enjoys discovering new places, cooking, and making a house feel like home.

We love having our own interests and routines, and we’re always up for a chat or a shared activity whether it’s a run, a yoga class, or something new. That said, we totally respect personal space and quiet time too.

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to live with someone who’s friendly, independent, and open-minded. If you’re social, great! If you like your own space, that’s totally fine too, we get it.

This is a fantastic area with a great mix of green spaces, creative energy, and transport links.
