I'm Izzy and I'm looking for 2 like minded people to join my house share in Bethnal Green. Me and my housemates have lived in the flat for 2 years, however 2 of them are now moving out and another moving in. This means 2 rooms have become available.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Bethnal Green station, on the doorstep of Bethnal Green Gardens, and a short walk from Whitechapel and Victoria Park.

The flat is a maisonette with a garden and ground floor entrance. The 2 rooms are both double rooms with 1 on the ground floor. The upper floor room is available for £1095/month, the ground floor for £1064/month. The lease is as a whole group, not by the room!

Bills are not included but average to around £55/60 per month and council tax is £33/month (Band C). Rent is paid to our landlord in quarterly chunks at the moment so do be informed.

Both me and my flat buddy are LGBTQ+ and Southeast Asian; I'm 26 and work in public health data and have lived in the area 2 years now (and am quite attached as I mainly work from home!) My flat buddy is younger to the tune of 21 and just starting a graduate role. We're both chill, friendly, warm individuals who appreciate quiet, but want to live in a flat that feels like home and gets together.
