about the flat
- bills approx £125 each per month
- double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers inc
- bathroom, kitchen, living room entirely furnished with new appliances
- shared living room, kitchen with washing machine, and bathroom with a bath/shower
- lovely vibrant area! super close to Victoria Park and really well connected with Bethnal Green/Stepney Green/Cambridge Heath stations
- stay for at least a year
about me
- originally from West Yorkshire, but I’ve been in London 4 years
- I work in mental health (1 day per week wfh)
- outside of that I’m a writer and go to a lot of gigs + live music events
about you
- full time professional
- don’t need the place spotless (we need to be able to relax and live!) but I try to keep it tidy
- would love to hang out, but keen to also respect each other’s spaces and have our own things going on- I won’t invade your privacy!!
