Looking for a friendly and independent professional who is clean, tidy, and considerate— room is single occupancy only (no couples, sorry), and is available from September 14.

The flat features a generous living room and a big communal kitchen, ideal for relaxed evenings and the occasional catch-up, but this is definitely a peaceful, laid-back home rather than a party flat.

There are two toilets, and one with a bathtub/shower, so there's no waiting to use the toilets.

All bills—including water, energy, high-speed broadband, and council tax (Council Tax Band B) — average about £100 per month (often less during warmer months).

A bit about me (Kevin): I work in marketing, love exploring new places, catching theatre productions, and dining out.

Alex, 25 years old, works in documentary sales and loves learning languages, as well as going to the gym and cinema in the evenings.

David, 28, is a spatial designer and full-time lecturer at LCF, and he has lived all over the world.

We all value a lovely, clean flat and the occasional flat dinner together, but we also value having our own space and lives.
