Double room with ensuite

Large double room available with an ensuite and access to the balcony.

The room is unfurnished but I’m happy to leave my furniture there for a nominal sum (the rest of the house is furnished).

The room gets lovely light and has plenty of space for a desk and wardrobe with doors leading out onto the balcony.

The flat itself is part of a group of flats in a converted pub. The living space is huge and our TV has Netflix, Disney and Now (all a free perk of living here!).

It’s in a great location with Bethnal Green station (Central Line) a 10 minute walk away and Cambridge Heath station (Weaver Line) 5 minutes away. It’s also 2 minutes from Victoria Park and a 15 minute walk to Broadway Markets and London Fields.

You’ll be living with Ben and Anand. Ben is an Aussie lawyer and Anand is an English software engineer. They’re friendly, neat guys who have been amazing housemates - the only reason I’m leaving is to move in with my partner.

Bills (including council tax and a fortnightly cleaner) come to approximately £120.

The official move in date is 6 October but can be an earlier/later date for the right person.
