Hey I’m looking for 2 woman (but open to men) to fill the rooms in our 4-bed room house The tenancy is for a 1 year with the opportunity to extend. The tenancy starts on the 1st October. Rent depends on the room, but from £940–£955 per month (excl. bills, approx. £99) Council tax band E

Closest stations are Bethnal Green (Central Line), and Cambridge Heath overground (both 10-ish min walk) very close to central London, places like Liverpool Street, Bank, Whitechapel, Hackney, Dalston and Stratford.

Great community vibes in the area, the people are lovely and there's lots to do. Lots of supermarkets and food options! And swimming is free for all women in the borough. The rooms is fully furnished and comes with a double bed, and and a wardrobe

I want the house to feel like a home and I am are looking for someone who will add to this feeling. I want someone who is friendly, understanding, clean, will kept with a cleaning rota, sociable, and fun to be around but likes to do their own thing.

It is LGBTQ+ friendly, free Palestine, Congo and Sudan for the people by the people. Looking for people who share the same values we are also keen to hear from women of colour. Ages doesn’t really matter but keen to hear form people 25-35 but I’m open to the right person!
