Flat mate wanted

Hi future flat mate, I’m Mariana, I have a 2 bedroom flat with a separate living room in Bethnal Green, Roman Road, 5 mins walk to Bethnal Geen station, 5 mins walk to Victoria Park. I’m looking for a flatmate as I’ve been renting this flat for over 5 years but broke up with my boyfriend who’s leaving in October. The situation would be for a flat share instead of subletting a room, meaning that I need someone to share my contract with so the flat arrangement would be 50/50 split of everything. The whole flat’s rent is £1850, 5 weeks deposit plus bills that come around £240 in total, £120 per month per tenant.
