Private room in London Fields

Hey everyone, my room is available in lovely London Fields!

- £850 a month (bills not included)
- Available mid to late September (can be flexible)
- 6-month tenancy to start with, but this is normally always extended
- Double bed, furnished room with wardrobe
- 3-minute walk to Broadway Market
- 10-minute walk to Victoria Park
- Round the corner from Cambridge Heath overground and 15 - 15-minute walk to Bethnal Green Central Line
- 3-bed house, sharing with 2 young professionals between 23-25 (who are lovely and sociable!)
- 1 bathroom with a shower and sink and a separate toilet

The room comes with a double bed and a great window that brings natural light. It's on the ground floor, but the bedroom gives out onto a private gated garden and I've never seen anyone walking past. The two other tenants are 1 male (actor) and 1 female (lawyer) who are chatty and sociable, but also respect early nights! The area is very residential and looked after by all the tenants.

I'm only leaving the room because I have the chance to move in with close friends. The flat is in the perfect location and there are all sorts of amenities around! Super close to Broadway Market and just a short walk to the canal and Victoria Park.
