My beloved flatmate is moving out to start her Master’s in Oxford, so I’m looking for her replacement (females only pls, no males or couples).

The apartment is a stylish new-build with an amazing view of Victoria Park. The flat has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a shared living room with a balcony. The room available is large en-Suite, bright, spacious, and fully furnished. The apartment itself is in excellent condition.

I’d love to find someone nice, sociable, and easy-going. A bit about me: I’m 34, a product manager working in City 3 days/week. I love music, gigs, playing the piano, visiting diff cultural events. I’m not big on cooking, so I don’t use the kitchen much.
