Room in garden apartment family home

This is a room in a lovely, large, ground floor apartment in Bethnal Green. We have a large garden, open plan kitchen and living room downstairs. And a shower and toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The room available has lots of storage and a small double bed and it overlooks the garden. It is possible to change the bed if you’d like to bring a larger bed.

I rent the property and live there with my son who is 6.5 years old he’s at school 8.30-3.30 and often has clubs after school so we’re usually home from 4/5.30pm
I work as a resilience coach and personal trainer and we are looking for a working professional or mature student to share the home with us, someone that is house proud, keeps on top of their washing up and shared spaces, and likes to be sociable And share meals occasionally.

I used to work in the arts and have a great community of both friends and family in the area so we’re often out and about. I work from home and sometimes out of the house.

We’ve created a beautiful space that we’d love to share with the right person.

We’re right near broadway market, London fields, Haggerston park and Victoria park and columbia road.

Whitechapel and Bethnal Green tube and overground are all within walking distance.

The rent is £1200 and that’s all bills included (I’ve worked it out on the single occupancy residence tax so it might come to £1250
