Double room next to Victoria Park - women pref

Double bedroom in Bethnal Green, in a shared house with 2 lovely girls - we have been here 3.5 years now because we love it so much!

The house: the room isn’t massive but fits a double bed and still fits a desk and drawers etc, it has a built in wardrobe space and will be partially furnished (bed, shelf, bedside table). The jist of it is - it’s cosy and quirky. We have a garden which we love to sit in during the summer and a big living room with two big and comfy sofas.

The location: It’s in the perfect spot with Cambridge Heath overground just a 10 minute walk and Bethnal Green underground also 10 mins away, very well connected with buses all around too. Victoria Park is just a stones throw away, literally less than 3 mins walk, it’s the perfect 5km run door to door around the park if you like to run. Lovely independant coffee shops on Roman Road and Old Ford Road all close by.

The housemates: Charlotte-Anne and Molly - we're both 30, love to go to festivals together (most recently All Points East to see Raye), go on nights out together and we’d love to have someone who also enjoys this. We also appreciate a calm, clean and peaceful home environment and are really considerate of each other, especially during the weeknights but have planned joint parties in the summer etc. We love tinnies in the park in the sun or a cosy chips/halloumi sandwich dinner from the local chippy in the winter. We do sometimes cook for each other (we used to share Gousto boxes) to have in front of the tv too.

Pets: We are looking into the possibility of fostering a cat, if you are interested in this that would be a bonus!

Details: The room is available from 1st of October. Bills are around £140/month and this includes council tax, gas & electric, broadband, water, toilet roll (who gives a crap delivery) and a cleaner every other week. Minimum renewal term is 12 months.
