Room in chill and friendly flat

Hey guysss, we are a bunch of twenty-somethings looking for a 5th person to join us in a social and chilled houseshare in Bethnal Green and wondering if that could be you!! We're looking for someone friendly, kind and chill, who's keen to pub and the odd excursion, as well as create a comfortable and easy going atmosphere whilst being respectful of everyone's introverted moments and own lives :)

The flat: a 5 bed top floor council flat. We have 1.5 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. Unfortunately the closest we have to a garden is the balcony/walkway to get to our front door! Your room would come furnished with a bed, mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe (no chair or desk sorry).

The location: honestly couldn't ask for a better location... we're a few mins walk from the central line and overground, and have all the east London canals, parks, markets within walking distance too!

Logistical stuff: you would be taking over the tenancy of our housemate who is leaving, so would need to provide a landlord and work reference, and earn at least 30k. Rent is 910, bills usually around 60, deposit 1k. The tenancy would start on oct 7th for 12 months. Options to renew or to replace yourself in the tenancy.

You: a similar age to us would be ideal. Also it should be a given that you are queer friendly, clean and tidy, and a respectful and conscious person!
