House share in Brick Lane/ Bethnal Green

Hello!

We are looking for one person to join our lovely flat just round the corner from Brick Lane. Despite being so well located, the area of the flat itself if very quiet. Bethnal Green Station and Liverpool Street Station are only a 15-minute walk away, Shoreditch High Street Overground is 10 minutes, and various bus stops (lines 8, N8, 388) are just outside.

The Fat is spread over two floors. The first floor features the communal area – kitchen/dining/living room + outdoor balcony – and one bedroom. The second floor has three bedrooms and one bathroom. It’s a sunny, modern home with large, double-glazed windows.

You would be living with Connor (33), a secondary school Geography teacher who works part time and who is into music, art, spirituality, and poetry; Matt (28), a full-time trainee primary school teacher, who is into camping, meditation and keeping active; Jack (33), who is a full-time Jazz guitarist who is interested in meditation and psychology. Connor and Jack are vegetarian/vegan, and Matt is mostly vegetarian.

We are not a party flat, and we treat this very much as a home to come back to and relax. We eat together once a week so we'd love the new person to join us with that.

The room is a large double bedroom. It comes with a double bed (the picture shows a single but that will be replaced by a double when you move in) and a wardrobe. It is west facing and gets plentiful sunlight with large windows that open out fully. The price includes bills council tax, power, water, heating, broadband.
