Hey there 👋! I'll be leaving this amazing flat in October to move in with my girlfriend. So I’m looking for someone (ideally working professional, early 30s) to take over my room from 19th October.
Right across from Victoria Park (yes, you can walk home from All Points East!), 10 mins from Bethnal Green station and Cambridge Heath, and 15 mins from Broadway Market
This is a furnished Double room in a 2-bed flat at the end of Approach Road. With a gorgeous balcony facing Victoria Park and view of Canary Wharf.
You'd be living with my fantastic flatmate Mike who is a 35 year old Vancouverite in London. He works in advertising and goes into the office most days (perfect for anyone who WFH). In his spare time he likes to cook, play the guitar, spin and stay fit, go out for coffee, try new restaurants/bars, and travel.
Rent is £1275 per month.
Bills excluded (approx £100-200 per month depending on season)
You'd be picking up the rest of my contract (which ends March 2026) and could then extend after that (Mike has been living here for several years).
