Hi guys!! We’re looking for someone to fill the remaining room of our 3 bed flat. Sadly our flatmates are moving to live with their partner but we really love the place and the location so have decided to stay a bit longer!

📍 Location
3 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat on the first floor of an apartment block. 7 minute walk to Bethnal Green tube station (central line) and 6 minute walk to Cambridge Heath Station (overground) plus 26/55/8/388/254 and bunch of other buses nearby. 5 minute walk to Victoria Park and has lots of amenities close by (pubs, gyms, convenience stores)

The room has a double bed with built-in wardrobes, and a chest of drawers. There are large windows that bring in lots of light.

💸 Rent (12 month contract)
£714 rent per month
£100-115 (ish) bills per month

Referencing checks will need to be passed and there is a £687.50 deposit fee 😊

The room is available from 11th October

✨ About the flat
You’ll be loving with myself and my partner who share a room. We’re both 27 and actors who work across London as well in hospitality. We love a little chat and a boogie but also like our downtime too
