The flat is in a great location, 2 min walk from Cambridge Heath overground, 10 min walk from Bethnal Green underground. It's a 10 min walk to Broadway Market and London Fields, as well as 5 mins to Victoria Park. There is a Lidl and Sainsbury's a 15 minute walk away too.

The current flat is 4 girls:

The room contract starts from the 1st November and rent is £930 a month, with bills coming to around £90 a month with hot water bill every couples of months. Deposit is £1084 (not £1000 - spareroom wouldn’t let us change it!) We are looking for someone aged between 25 and 32 to join us in the flat! Girls & gays only - no pets, couples or students either sorry!

The room comes with a double bed and Ash will be willing to part with the other furniture if requested.

We’d like to find someone that is sociable but also has their own lives going on as we’re all quite busy bees! We look after the flat well so would love to have someone that would also like to treat it like their home too 😊
