Our wonderful housemate is sadly moving out so we’re looking for someone to replace her in our lovely Bethnal Green flat right beside Victoria Park.
Available from: 4th of October (flexible move-in date but latest 14th October)
Rent: £804 pcm
Bills: approx £115pcm, which includes a fortnightly cleaner
Looking for: no gender preference but ideally someone aged 27-35
About the room and flat:

🌳 2 min walk from the entrance to Victoria Park
🚝 10 min walk from both Bethnal Green tube station and Cambridge Heath Overground and 15 min walk from Stepney Green tube station, as well as plenty of buses and a Santander bike docking station right outside the apartment
You would be living with two bubbly, sociable and clean housemates. We’re looking for a similar housemate who will enjoy a cheeky wine or a meal when we’re around and who’s looking to make the house a home. Please tell us a bit about yourself and your availability in your message!
Emily (32) an Irish girl working as an accountant in media. Often out most of the weekend whether that’s at a gig / exhibition / gallery or working my way through my never ending list of restaurants I want to try! Would love someone where we can share our book recommendations and also have a Tate membership I’m more than happy to share! Also regularly attend the local CrossFit gym multiple times a week where I try to stay fit and yet am still an absolutely beginner.
Caitlin (28) an Aussie girl working in Fintech who loves football. Moved from Sydney 9 months ago so making the most of travelling around Europe.
