Cosy double room in a lovely 2-bed flat available on the 23rd of October.
The room has a double bed from Muji and an Emma mattress; you’d need to bring your own wardrobe and any extra furniture. The flat has a bright shared living room (furnished and nicely decorated - if I can say so myself), and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including a washer/dryer.
Bills are not included, but come to around £150 per person. This includes council tax, internet. water and gas & electricity. The security deposit is £795.
You will be living with a 35 years old NHS professional, who is quiet and tidy and enjoys a great tv show, gaming and good food. The landlord is also very nice and responsive.
Ideally, looking for someone who is also a professional and is considerate of others. I work from home a lot (from my room), so it’s a bonus if your work is mostly out of the flat, though not a deal breaker. A friendly, sociable vibe would be lovely so the flat feels like a comfortable home.
LGBTQI+ people would probably be preferred, but of course if you’re a straight girlie/boy do feel free to reach out still!
