The flat is located in a great location between Bethnal Green and Stepney Green Stations. Walking distance to both in less than 10min.
Buses running 24hs on both sides of the property (Roman Road and Mile End Rd).

This is a 2-storey flat with a total of 4 rooms (2 rooms per floor). You would share the house with 3 friendly and clean young professionals (1 male and 2 female), all from India, UK and Canada.
I'm looking for friendly, like-minded young professional or mature student in their 20's or 30's.
The candidate must be considerate person who respect each other's privacy, look after the house and always keep it clean and tidy.

All bills except Electricity & Gas (around £25/35 per month) will be included in the rent
* Fast Fibre Optic Wifi is also included in the rent

It's a very friendly area and good for eating and doing your grocery where you will find all kind of shops, supermarkets and grocery shops on your door step.

If you want to enjoy the night life, art, music and restaurants, the notorious streets of Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Old Street are only 10/15min by bus.

The room is not available for couples, room sharers, or people under 18 or over 40 y. o.

*Smoking is not allowed inside the house but it's ok on the the front balcony of the flat
