We have two beautiful rooms available in a fantastic flat just 2 minutes walking from Bethnal Green Station, very close to Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Liverpool Street – one of the most vibrant and international areas of London.

Currently living here are two professionals from Japan (one male, one female) and a 29-year-old professional from Canada. The atmosphere is respectful, clean, and friendly perfect for someone who wants a comfortable place to live and work in London.

✨ What we are looking for:
We want someone who will take care of the flat and help keep it clean, as the current tenants maintain it in excellent condition.

📑 Requirements:
• 1-year contract (transferable after 6 months)
• £500 deposit

• Internet, council tax and water included in the rent
• Electricity and gas are not included (prepayment system)
