Hiiii!!! Just a little note, I’m currently on holiday and won’t be checking the messages on here. I’m returning on 6th October and will arrange viewings after this date so please bare with me.

Sadly, my lovely housemate is moving home 🥲 so I’m looking for a new, friendly and chilled person to join the flat. Ideally a female housemate who’s respectful, easy-going, and enjoys the idea of a film night now and then.
About the flat:
* Bright, cosy double room (bed & mattress included – the rest of the room is unfurnished)
* Built-in double wardrobe + shelving
* Spacious living room, separate kitchen
* Bathroom with shower/bath (plus airing cupboard for extra storage) and a separate loo
* Great location: a few minutes’ walk to Broadway Market, Columbia Road, Cambridge Heath Overground, plus buses into town, South London & Walthamstow
* Tesco 4 mins away + loads of great independent shops nearby
* Community-minded building (neighbours’ group chat is brilliant for parcels & deliveries)
About me: I’m 37, work in the City in HR (mostly in the office 4–5 days a week), and love running and pasta – they balance each other out nicely! Midweek I’m out with friends or my partner, and weekends are usually busy with running, family or social plans.
At home, I see the flat as a calm, peaceful retreat. Definitely more dinner reservations than house parties! I’d love to live with someone who feels the same - ideally a female housemate who’s happy chilling with a Netflix night, glass of wine, or the occasional dinner/walk/run together, but who also respects each other’s space and downtime. Ideally looking for a housemate who could also be a friend.
