📅 DATES: late October/early November with lease takeover officially as 3 November 2025 through 2 September 2026.
🏡 FLAT: 3 bed, 1 bath second level flat in a privately owned complex on a residential road. The living room and kitchen have plenty of natural light with the east facing living room getting morning light and west facing kitchen seeing golden hour! There’s always tea brewing and a candle on 💕 🕯️
🛏️ ROOM: largest semi-furnished room with double bed, room for a large desk, two closets and a dresser included. The room also has balcony access and two large windows.
💰 RENT: £1100 pcm (excluding bills ~£110-140 per month). The deposit is £1000.
🌳 LOCATION: Couldn’t be more perfect! Overlooking the west end of Victoria Park and the canal. 15 minutes walk to Broadway Market and 35 minutes across the park to Hackney Wick and Stratford. 12 minutes from a Lidl and ~ 20 minutes to big Sainsbury’s in Whitechapel. Many pubs and bakeries within walking distance!
🚋 TRANSPORT:
- 10 minute walk to Bethnal Green underground for central line
- 5 minute walk to Cambridge Heath overground and buses along Cambridge Heath Road.
🙋🏼♀️ HOUSEMATES:
Tianni (27, she/her)
- Works full-time in content marketing, WFH 3-4 days a week
- Australian, lived in London for 3 months!
loves:
- frolicking in the sun (walking, running, picnics, you name it)
- curling up on the couch in front of [insert literally any trash tv show] with a mug of tea and a sweet treat
- cooking / baking new recipes!! please always tell me it’s good
- chatting with housemates about our days, goals, bowel movements, the current political climate etc
- catching up with friends over a bev / having the occasional weekend boogie
doesn’t love:
- bad communication
- bad men
- tidying up after others
- slow walkers
Celeste (24, she/her)
- full time bartender (obviously no wfh but sometimes good wine comes home with me!)
- American living in London for two years now and previously lived in Dublin
loves:
- music and playing piano in studios
- football full stop and will talk your ear off with the hot football and wag gossip
- socially conscious and intellectually stimulating conversations
- reading, journaling, nice walks— especially to a pub or bakery in Victoria Park village
- picnics in the park or our balcony!
- Pilates followed by a sweet treat
doesn’t love:
- frequent uninvited guests over
- winter flat mould :/
- a lack of communal understanding in the home
👤ABOUT YOU:
The space is pretty cozy, so ideally you’re in your mid to late 20s with a similar lifestyle and keen on being friends. You’re someone who wants to hang out some days, watch things together and maybe cook for each other! You’ll contribute your version of sweet treats, frequent cleaning, books and candles for the built ins and a homey and respectful vibe ✨
Ideally, you’ll be earning £35,000 or more or have either a uk guarantor or multiple references.
Share house experience is preferred!
LGBTQIA+ friendly
*No couples, pets or smokers*
If you or someone you know is interested, shoot me a message with a little bit about you! 📩 🏡✨
