Hi! I’m looking for a female flatmate to share a modern 2B2B flat in East London (E2). I’m a third-year LSE student and I’ve already moved in.

The flat is modern and fully equipped — oven, dishwasher, washing machine (no dryer), with your own en-suite bathroom and private balcony.

Rent is £1,200/month (bills split equally), and council tax is about £109/month after the 25% student discount.

GREAT TRANSPORT: less than 10 mins’ walk to Bethnal Green (Central line) and Stepney Green (District/Hammersmith & City lines), and a 5-min walk to bus 8.
Easy access to Bank/Liverpool Street/central London

About me — I’m clean, tidy, and respectful. I cook often and always clean up after myself. I don’t smoke, don’t drink heavily, and like to keep the place peaceful.
I go to bed around 11pm and wake up early (6–7am). I sometimes invite friends over for dinner (always with prior notice), and I don’t have overnight guests. I value good communication and clear boundaries and hope you do too.

Looking for someone similar — female, clean, considerate, quiet after midnight, and planning to stay at least a year (longer would be great!). Students, PSW, or workers are all welcome. If you’re not a student, you’ll need to pay the council tax yourself.
