Double room in renovated factory

I’m looking for a flatmate for my lovely two-bedroom flat right next to Bethnal Green Station, available from the 18th of November. The flat is in a renovated factory building with lots of character and natural light. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom, and the location is great — quiet, well connected, and close to Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and gym.

The rent is £1,375 per month excluding bills, which are usually around £120 per month. The room is partly furnished.

I work as an architect in Hackney and usually go to the office on weekdays until around 6:30 pm. At home, I like to relax, hang out, and treat the flat as a calm, comfortable space. It’s important to me to keep it clean and peaceful so we can both unwind, but I also enjoy socialising or having friends over.
