This bright flat is centrally located, under a 5 minute walk to Bethnal Green Station and 5-10 minute walk to Victoria park, few minutes from some really nice local pubs (the camel, the approach tavern).

Living with Tate (32f) who’s a speech and language therapist from the US so she spends 5 days a week in the office, she enjoys the gym, going for drinks/dinner, chilling out, travelling, cooking.

The flat is on the 4th floor (no lift access unfortunately), and on the 5th floor there is a flat roof terrace available to everyone in the block which some of the neighbours occasionally use for bbqs / growing vegetables.

Bedroom is at the back of the house so overlooks the little green space (as shown in the photos) so is quiet from any traffic noise. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the house but still quiet (and a little bigger).
